Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Carolina Landing had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly engaging and the environment was very family-friendly with lots of activities. However, the site arrangement was tight, leading to some discomfort during our stay. While I was impressed with the cleanliness overall, I could see that the campground is showing its age.
My recent experience at this park hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the natural surroundings were lovely and the idea of staying in a cabin was appealing. On the other hand, the property is in dire need of maintenance, making it difficult to fully enjoy. The cabin we rented had cleanliness issues and the facilities were quite lacking, which was disappointing. Overall, I would say the hotel has potential if it could just focus on upkeep and improvements.
We had a lovely stay at this resort, where the staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The grounds were well-maintained, and the lake and mini-golf provided fun activities for the family. However, the bath houses could use some major upgrades, as they appeared quite aged and in need of repair. Overall, it's a great spot for families looking for a peaceful getaway.
I was really looking forward to my stay at this campground, but it turned out to be quite a mixed bag. While it's usually a great spot for a quiet and relaxing weekend, this time I faced some issues with the cabin key and cleanliness. The site I was on was unlevel, which was a disappointment, but I noticed some improvements in the park overall after several years. It's still worth considering a return visit during the summer for more activities.
The campground offers a wide range of activities and facilities, making it ideal for families. The quiet atmosphere and shady spots were pleasant, but there were issues with maintenance, like knee-high grass and pest problems at my site. Overall, it has a great sense of community but needs some attention to detail.
